We devised a proposal for a complete refurbishment of a disused warehouse space into a live-work space, located in downtown Athens.

We subdivided this lower ground floor space into a living area and three workshop areas.

The subtle courtyard light gently illuminates the interiors creating a cool feeling during warm summer months.

We used a material palette that combined materials both typical of workshops and living spaces, visually unifying the two programmes...

... olive green finish, metal doors, green marble table, fluted glass, natural wood, and exposed concrete.

We are well-versed in recognising the potential that dilapidated properties have. In the link below, you can see photos of the pre-existing warehouse condition. The difference between the existing condition and our proposed refurbishment is drastic.
