This bespoke service has been created following the demand we had from residential and business owners to discuss design ideas with experienced professionals and understand the development and renovation potential of their properties, without often an immediate intention to commit to a concept-to-completion project.
For London area, this consultation can be in person. For areas outside of London and thee UK, we offer this service as an online consultation.
During this consultation, we discuss development potential of your property, discuss inspiring and achievable design ideas, discuss legislative and delivery framework, such as planning, and seek out narratives unique to your project.
We conclude the consultation with a short written report summarising our findings and offering our view of the best way forward.
Our consultation fee is £560, and we offer an number of concession rates each month.
