We offer a fixed fee pre-design consultation service.

This bespoke service has been created following the demand we had from house and business owners to discuss design ideas with experienced professionals and understand the development and renovation potential of their properties, without an immediate need to commit to a concept-to-completion project.

For London area, this can be in person, or online if your project if outside London or the UK. 

We will meet with you to better understand your property and the ideas you have for developing or renovating it. During this consultation, we discuss development potential, bounce inspiring and realistic design ideas, discuss legislative and delivery framework and seek out narratives unique to your project. 

We conclude the consultation with a short written report summarising our findings and offering our view of the best way forward.

Our consultation fee is £560, and we offer an number of concession rates each month.
