We offer a no-strings-attached, fixed-fee consultation service.
This bespoke service has been created following the demand we had from residential and business owners to discuss property matters with experienced professionals (Studio Syn_), with or without the intention to commit to a concept-to-completion project.
During this consultation, lasting up to a couple of hours, we discuss the development potential of your property, discuss inspiring and achievable design ideas, discuss legislative and delivery framework, planning matters, and seek out narratives unique to your property and project.
We conclude the consultation with a short written report summarising our findings and offering our view of the best way forward.
Our consultation fee is £850.
We also offer an number of concession rates each month.
For London area, this consultation can be in person. For areas outside of London and the UK, we offer this service as an online consultation.
